Based in Mondovi, Wisconsin, Klevgard Nursing Service was founded with a mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care with a personal touch, combining clinical excellence and compassion in every service. Our wellness clinic is led by a registered nurse under the oversight of a licensed medical director. We specialize in providing evidence-based wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin and medication injections, laboratory testing, weight management programs (including compounded GLP-1 therapy), oral supplement guidance, and individualized health consultations.
